The item must be unused and uninstalled.
The item must be in its original, sealed manufacturer’s packaging with all protective materials, manuals, and accessories intact.
The item must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or installation attempts.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Strictly Enforced)
For hygiene and structural reasons, no returns will be accepted for:
Any item that has been installed, even partially.
Any item that shows signs of use or handling beyond initial inspection.
Items missing their original packaging or protective seals.
Custom-made or specially ordered products.
Clearance or Final Sale items.
3. Procedure for Reporting Damaged or Defective Items (24 Hours)
This step is critical for fragile products like ceramics and glass.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Immediately email our support team with your Order Number and detailed information.
Include clear, time-stamped photographic evidence of the damage to the product and the shipping box.
Do not discard the packaging or the damaged item. We will arrange for an inspection and process a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
4. Shipping and Restocking Fees
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We strongly recommend using a reputable courier service that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for products lost or damaged during the return transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be thoroughly inspected to confirm it meets the conditions in Section 1. If approved, the full cost of the product will be refunded to your original method of payment.
